***Please note, this is a temporary part-time opportunity with approximately 15-20 hours per week. This is a fully remote role and can be home-cased anywhere within the United States. ***
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include the following:
Work with Digital Product & Experience leadership team to analyze constituent data patterns, insights and opportunities.
Support data quality validation through analysis such as constituent duplication issues, inconsistent identifiers, and driving sources of duplication - flagging gaps in attribution, linkage, or engagement capture that impact downstream systems.
Support refinement of predictive long‑term value (LTV) models, incorporating digital behavior and experience signals.
Contribute to models that help identify constituents most likely to rise into higher‑value engagement segments or giving tiers.
Support parallel analyses for additional segments (e.g., Non‑Individual/Organization constituents) as ACS moves toward a fully unified constituent model.
Conduct project, technical, and industry related research and landscaping as requested
Write internal and external memos, summaries and reporting including visual depictions of data; assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations relating to impact data and other initiatives
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent program with preference for focus or concentration in data, analytics, statistics, accounting, finance or business;
Experience with data, analytics, impact, sustainability, venture capital, or some combination of such preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft windows and suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook); familiar with digital systems and processes; able to learn and master new digital and technology solutions and tools
Knowledge of programming, machine learning, data analysis, data visualization and modeling preferable
Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization software (such at Tableau) viewed favorably
Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and/or impact viewed favorably
Attention to detail and willing to take on new opportunities and challenges while working to develop optimized work processes
Strong oral and written communication skills—reports and summaries; creating presentations
Analytical/evaluative thinker with strong attention to detail
