This role will be responsible for developing and implementing measurement strategy across digital product experiences at American Cancer Society (ACS). This role will be instrumental in driving and surfacing insights using tools like Google Analytics 4, Quantum Metric and Matomo, developing documented measurement frameworks, empowering and educating teams with data democratization efforts, and supporting optimization efforts through testing and UX collaboration. This role partners with digital product, marketing, digital media, and IT teams to provide strategic guidance for digital product measurement and optimization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for digital product and growth marketing focused on tracking user interactions, feature engagement, friction points, and user journeys. Responsibility: 20%
- Serve as a subject matter expert and co-owner of product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA 4) and Quantum Metric, partnering with the broader analytics team to develop dashboards and data visualizations. Responsibility: 15%
- Lead efforts to democratize data and insights by training cross-functional teams across product, UX, and marketing on digital data tools and dashboards to enable self-service access to data and analytics. Responsibility: 20%
- Partner with the Media team to develop broader marketing attribution and media mix modeling (MMM) strategies. Responsibility: 5%
- Lead product analytics efforts and generate actionable insights for product teams by analyzing user flows, drop-off points, feature usage, and engagement patterns; manage annotations within GA4 and Quantum Metric to provide context for data consumers. Responsibility: 20%
- Support experimentation efforts by contributing to A/B and multivariant testing programs, including the development of test measurement strategies, success metrics, and post-test analysis focused on feature performance and user behavior. Responsibility: 10%
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure effective use of data in design decisions and to build measurement frameworks. Responsibility: 10%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Certificate(s) or License(s): Google Analytics and other digital analytics certifications
- Years of experience: 4+
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of digital analytics experience or related role in an in-house or agency environment.
- Proven experience surfacing insights, including developing and maintaining documented measurement strategies.
- In-depth experience (2+ years) with A/B testing measurement analysis.
- Previous experience with media mix modeling and attribution is a plus.
- High proficiency with digital, product and web analytics tools, including, Google Analytics 4 (GA 4), Quantum Metric (or similar tools), Matomo, Looker Studio and Power BI. Experience with Conductrics or OneTrust is a plus.

The starting rate is $63,300 to $78,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
