POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr Manager, Recruiting is a strategic leader who supports the management and operations for recruiting functions across multiple departments. This role is responsible for the execution of recruitment strategies while supporting ACS culture in attracting and retaining top talent. This includes leading and supporting a team of direct reports in achieving recruiting goals, establishing and maintaining the new Talent Attraction operating model, improving processes to create efficiencies, and ensuring continued sourcing of top talent. This role is also responsible for the communication and innovation of recruiting metrics and KPI’s, internal partnership with Sr. leaders, advertising strategies and recruitment brand marketing. This role will also maintain a supported requisition workload inclusive of Dir+ level positions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage, train, develop and coach direct reports. Maintain and evolve recruitment metrics to manage results and plan for future recruitment initiatives and staffing capabilities. Develop and execute unique recruiting strategies for hard to hire markets/roles through strong partnership with hiring managers and department/regional leaders. Proficiency in workday ATS system. Define audit process to ensure accuracy and overall positive candidate experience. 50%
- Directly engage and partner with leaders across designated pillars and support areas to understand priorities and develop strategies to attract, evaluate, and select the best talent to meet ACS objectives 15%
- Regularly build and maintain relationships with People Team Partners for effective and collaborative decision making 15%
- Lead and champion ACS wide initiatives, process enhancements, and people team strategies 20%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of experience: Five to seven years of proven recruitment experience with special emphasis on leading a recruitment team.
- Proficiency in workday.

- Leader in sourcing strategies- ability to search, and train direct reports on top sourcing performance.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel required approximately 20% or more
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a work at home position that may require more sitting than usual.
The starting rate is $91,000 to $110,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
