This position is a senior support member of the Corporate Partnerships development team focused on supporting Industry Partnerships in revenue generating support activities. The Program Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing projects for the team that support revenue exceeding $85M and business operations with industry partners as well as additional project assistance as required.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform support related tasks and activities that align with the revenue growth strategies for Industry Partnerships team.
  • Lead and manage assigned project and tasks as assigned
  • Provide high-level support for corporate partner meetings including minutes and scheduling. As well as facilitating follow up activities.
  • Serves as lead for gathering content to support the development of corporate partners proposals, impact reports, etc.
  • Assist team leadership with onboarding and training of new Enterprise Corporate Partnerships staff
  • Build strong partnerships across enterprise to ensure consistent communication, collaboration and integration with the team.
  • Manage and update partnership agreements in icontracts.
  • Implement and manage organizational reminder system to ensure execution of tasks and activities according to strategic timelines (i.e., Monday.com)
  • Support team with day-to-day customer relationship management and stewardship efforts
  • Responsible for data entry and information maintenance across ACS platforms (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Perform research related to industry prospects and trends to o support revenue development
  • Identify needs & issues and implement solutions to address them.
  • Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers and partners
  • Participate in enterprise workgroups and on project teams.
  • Model and foster behavior that establishes a culture that values the staff/volunteer partnership, and is consistent with the ACS values, goals, and cultural beliefs.
  • Customize and develop ACS branded materials and/or event collateral.
  • Manage financial tasks including processing donations, coding, managing payment processes, and tracking expenses in accordance with ACS policies and procedures.
  • Other support functions as assigned.

FORMAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Associate degree preferred, or a combination of education and work experience.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

  • Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills.
  • Highly efficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Canva, and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a focused and timely manner.
  • Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures.

SPECIAL MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Limited travel
  • Ability to lift 30lbs.

The starting rate is $25 to $30. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
