*This role is 100% remote and ideal candidate will reside in ACS's North Region: Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.*
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates connectivity, consistency, and efficiency in driving strategy execution through effectively convening cross-function, cross-revenue product partners to collaborates and maximize the collective region revenue impact
- Oversees the development and execution of the region's strategic plan, working with revenue strategic directors, product leads and area leadership to translate enterprise direction to the area specific goals and plans
- Oversees the operations for the region from a strategic perspective, representing the collective needs and priorities of the team members, leading the functions and activities that enable a multi-million dollar revenue team
- Coordinates region forecasting, resource allocation and budget administration processes and ensures all levels of the leadership have information to measure impact and make business decisions through collective engagement of finance and region - enterprise revenue leadership
- Partners with finance and analytics staff to identify and deliver needed data; interprets information to drive planning and resource investment with a region-wide perspective.
- Oversees the allocation of staffing resources to drive effective portfolios and return on investment based on staffing model and guidelines In partnership with the People Team, provides leadership to talents strategy efforts and escalated issues resolution; optimizes execution and impact of strategic talent initiatives
- Leads the region staff engagement plan with accountability for successful execution of defined initiatives
- Leads the region component of organization wide initiatives
- Represents the region and team member perspective in working with enterprise business leads to identify opportunities to optimize business processes Partners with region peers to build a high performing team, drive consistent solutions across the regions and collectively represent the needs of field staff across the organization Drives innovative, forward thinking solutions and the identification and replication of best practices Serves on the Region Leadership Team, with accountability for the achievement of all region goals
- Manages region projects and serves on enterprise teams and projects aligned with the fulfillment of job responsibilities
- Partners with mission leadership to identify opportunities to further integrate the work of the Advocacy, Patient Support and Discovery Pillars into the region development strategy
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE
- BS/BA required, Masters preferred, with a minimum 12 years in a progressively responsible position within multi-million-dollar organizations, demonstrated success managing operations

SPECIAL MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Limited travel, including evening and weekend work required.

The starting rate is $150,000-$160,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
