This team member will have responsibility for the development, creation, delivery and maintenance of all assigned Supply Chain and Accounts Payable training materials, reference guides, policies, forms, and general documentation for both general users and Supply Chain staff. This role will support Supply Chain leadership in conducting training and meetings. They will also be responsible for updating and enhancing online content for business users such as, but not limited to, Intranet web pages including Supply Chain For Me, Marketplace landing page, HelpMe@cancer.org, the Supplier Resource Center, How to Buy Guide, and system tagging,
This role will act as the administrator for the Digital Adoption Platform creating in-platform digital resources and training. The position will also coordinate the development and publishing of enterprise communications with Supply Chain leaders, the Director, Supply Chain Governance and ACS MarCom team.
***This is a remote position that can be home based anywhere in the United States. This is an instructional design role developing technical training programs, user guides, reference materials, etc. Experience with Vyond and Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) is highly preferred.***
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Resource, Training and Communications Development
Create and Maintain Source-to-Pay resource guides and training materials, including the ACS Marketplace Resource Library, the Supplier Resource Center, Strategic- and Self-Source resources, PCard & Concur resources and Meetings and Travel resources
Support Director in the development of department training for internal team members and suppliers. Develop, create, and deliver Supply Chain enterprise training tools (including videos, power points, webinars). Consult with Learning and Development staff as needed
Partner with Learning and Development team, Workday Learning Module Team and MarCom as needed to ensure alignment with ACS training and communication strategy.
Coordinate with other department managers to develop and maintain resources. Support training as needed
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that published documents are accurate, relevant, and updated on a regularly scheduled basis
Digital Adoption Platform Administration
Work cross-functionally with Director, Supply Chain Governance and Digital Solutions team to review new system functionality from 3 annual Coupa releases and other systems as needed (Concur, Cvent, Zoom, etc.)
Administer the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) including creating and maintaining Digital guides, tools tips, in-platform training resources, announcements, governance documentation.
Ensure all documentation and training materials are updated to reflect changes from each software release
Maintain online user resources and Supply Chain sites including How to Buy Guide, HelpMe@cancer.org, Supply Chain For Me and Marketplace landing page
Departmental Documentation & Content Management
Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining documentation related to transactional solutions and departmental strategic projects
Support team members (Meetings/travel, Sourcing, Procurement, AP, Facilities and Real Estate) to identify opportunities and develop resources to improve transactional efficiency for internal users and suppliers.
Maintain Supply Chain meeting agendas and project updates
Liaison with Director, Supply Chain Governance and Digital Solutions PMs/BAs to ensure Supply Chain and Accounts Payable departmental Azure DevOps tasks are updated timely and accurately
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Instructional Design, Coporate Training, Communications.
Or4+ years related experience with Instructional Design, Digital Adoption Platform Management, or Managing Learning and Development platforms

Other Skills and Experience:
4+ years relevant experience in content development, including reference guides, training decks/videos, policies, process flow charts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
Skilled in use of computer and learning applications including PowerPoint, Word, MS Forms, Teams, Excel, Visio, Articulate 360 and content authoring software (i.e., Adobe Captivate, Stream).
Ability to influence and support change adoption across all areas of the organization

Self-starter who works well in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
The starting rate is $61,000 to $75,000 annual. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
