The Analyst, People Operations supports core People Team functions and ensures smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. This role will deliver Tier 1 support to Team Members and People Leaders, maintaining compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement across the People Team.

This is a 100% remote role. Candidates can be located in any of the 50 states.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provides Tier 1 support by delivering timely, consistent guidance and issue resolution across People Team topics using internal knowledge bases and systems. 70%

  • Processes employee lifecycle events, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. 10%

  • Administer Unemployment Insurance and Worker’s Compensation claims, including initial incident responses and coordination with insurance carriers. 5%

  • Handles employment verification requests, including vendor coordination, verbal/written responses, and completion of loan forgiveness forms. 5%

  • Maintains personnel files in accordance with data confidentiality and retention policies. 5%

  • Supports new People Team initiatives and contributes to continuous process enhancements. 5%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Years of experience: 1-3 years of HR generalist/coordinator experience

  • Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and experience delivering professional, policy-aligned guidance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and customer service skills.

  • Proven ability to manage workload and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • Skilled at building relationships and fostering collaboration with geographically dispersed teams to support a cooperative work culture.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The starting rate is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
