Sr. Manager, People & Organization Development

The Senior Manager, People & Organization Development will operate as a strategic consultant to the business in defining and operationalizing talent strategies and programs for multiple functions spanning across ACS under the direction of the Strategic Directors, People & OD and SVP People Strategy & Experience. This role will flex support based on business needs and frequently partner with the People Team Centers of Expertise, DE&I, Legal and IT.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Partnering with senior leadership to design and executive organizational interventions impacting organizational health and impact. 50%
  • Deploying Talent Management programs including Goal Setting, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Planning, and our broader listening strategy. 20%
  • Coaching and guiding people leaders in managing performance concerns, acting as liaison between employee relations function (People Policies and Practices) and business. 20%
  • Facilitation of team dynamics activities and ongoing industry research for best practices and new trends in strategic HR management.10%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development (or comparable/related field)
  • Certificate(s) or License(s): SHRM CP
  • Years of experience: 5-8 years of HR Business Partner or Organizational Development experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Understanding of HR landscape
  • Experience working with non-exempt/hourly populations
  • Experience working in employee relations/generalist capacity
  • Strong presentation/communications stills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel when necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remote, home office.
  • Occasional travel.

The starting rate is $88,000 to $103,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
