ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop audience strategies for large, multi-channel campaigns and high-impact audiences. Leverage customer insights and analytics to inform strategic planning and optimize performance. Develop audience-specific marketing calendars, strategic plans, and integrated go-to-market activations with defined KPIs. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of audience strategies in program/pillar planning. (40%)
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to drive the creation of impactful, breakthrough content, that resonates with audiences and achieves measurable business outcomes. Develop audience specific messaging and provides strategic creative briefs and well-articulated feedback. Ensures all materials consistently uphold the brand voice, leverage key brand assets, and harness the brand identity. (20%)
- Partner with Marketing Project Managers to ensure strategies and campaigns are seamlessly executed and delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with analytics and research teams to establish robust KPIs, dashboards, and real-time measurement frameworks. Oversee post-activation reporting, analyze lessons learned, and ensure continuous feedback loops for strategic refinement. (20%)
- Build strong relationships and trust with business partner leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities. Collaborate effectively with marketing & communications channel leads and subject matter experts. Proactively provide strategic marketing counsel, recommending innovative solutions to strengthen organizational objectives. (20%)
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of experience: 5+ years with a record of progressively responsible positions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Passion for mentoring and talent development, with experience leading a high-performing team.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics and market research in marketing decision-making and execution.
- Expertise in building integrated marketing strategies, executing with excellence and identifying learnings for optimizations and future opportunities.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, building rapport and consent among diverse groups and influencing individuals without direct supervision. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a win-win mindset.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, and ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- An effective, versatile, action-oriented individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in software including exceptional skills Microsoft Office suite
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires travel by air or car when necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- No or very limited physical effort required.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
The starting rate is $91,500 to $105,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
