ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Platform Ownership & Operations (30%)
Serve as the primary business owner and subject matter expert for assigned brand technology platform(s), overseeing day-to-day administration, optimization, governance, and support. Manage workflows, permissions, integrations, asset structures, and platform configurations to ensure operational excellence and alignment with enterprise brand standards. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and user experience while ensuring platform scalability and stability.
- User Enablement, Adoption & Training (25%)
Drive enterprise adoption and effective utilization of brand technology platforms through onboarding, training, education, office hours, documentation, and support resources. Develop and maintain best practices, user guides, and governance frameworks that empower internal teams and external partners to work efficiently within brand standards. Act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, helping teams maximize platform capabilities and improve speed-to-market.
- Brand Governance & Asset Management (20%)
Partner with Brand, Creative, Legal, and Marketing stakeholders to maintain the integrity, organization, and lifecycle management of brand assets and templates. Ensure assets are properly tagged, searchable, version-controlled, rights-managed, archived, and compliant with organizational policies. Support governance standards that ensure consistency across distributed marketing and content creation efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Partnership (15%)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Creative, Marketing Operations, IT, Procurement, and external vendors to support enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and roadmap planning. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners, helping prioritize system enhancements and resolve escalated issues. Contribute to broader enterprise initiatives related to marketing technology, workflow optimization, and digital transformation.
- Reporting, Optimization & Innovation (10%)
Monitor and analyze platform usage, adoption metrics, asset performance, support trends, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership regarding platform health, ROI, efficiencies, and future enhancements. Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in brand technology, digital asset management, AI-enabled creative operations, and content systems to help evolve the organization’s capabilities over time.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Years of Experience: 5–8 in brand technology, marketing operations, digital asset management, creative operations, marketing technology, or related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Strong understanding of brand technology ecosystems, including DAM, MAM, template management, creative enablement, and marketing operations platforms
- Experience administering or managing platforms such as Canva Enterprise, Aprimo, Bynder, Brandfolder, Frontify, Iconik, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar systems preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable workflows, systems, and governance practices
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging usage data and insights to drive optimization and adoption
- Experience developing training materials, onboarding programs, and user enablement strategies
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with evolving priorities
- Curiosity and passion for innovation in marketing technology, AI-enabled workflows, and creative operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency and operational excellence
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale content or asset ecosystems preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Up to 5% per year for team meetings, training, and vendor or organizational events

- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
