ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Executes the market corporate engagement strategy, focused on renewing/enhancing existing partnerships and developing new relationships with target corporations to achieve revenue and mission targets. 10%
Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of priority corporations, corporate foundations, CEOs, C-Suiteexecutivesand other high impact individuals with responsibility for prospect research, pipeline development, recruitment, cultivation, and retention.5%
Aligns corporations and CEO affinities and needs with ACS priorities and events to achieve individual income goals, support enterprise goals, and to further our impact to mission programs and services, with a focus on securing six-figureand 7figure revenuepartnerships.15%
Drives comprehensive corporate alliances through employee - executive engagement, corporate foundation gifts, nationwide consumer engagement opportunities, network fundraisingactivitiesand mission funding opportunities 40%
Overseesthe delivery of high-level constituent experience and recognition programsin order tocultivate new expanded opportunities; Collaborates withinternal team memberson the ongoing cultivation of existing donor relationships 10%
Partners with account operations and support functions to ensure successful corporate program execution, including tracking, planning,implementationand continuous performance feedback. 5%
toprovide support with Fortune 500 account management and region level execution as part of a coordinated corporate engagement effort.5%
Monitors and fosters behavior thatestablishesa culture that values the staff/volunteer partnership, and is consistent with the cultural beliefs and values of the Society5%
Ensures regional staff and volunteers reflect the diversity of the communities served by the region and creates and reinforces an environment of inclusion.5%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Degree Required:Bachelor's Degree
Years of experience:5yearssuccessful experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, and executive relationship development with distinguished partners, preferably with a multi-million dollarorganization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Established ability to build and cultivate relationships and influence strategies and techniques for high level corporate executives, community leaders, high net worth individuals, and diverse constituents.
Knowledge of product marketing/sales concepts.
Outcome driven withabilityto respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
Demonstrated success with managing a team of high-endrelationship/account managers. Ability to manage and motivate groups and individuals.
Excellent oral and written communication,presentationand interpersonal skills.
Strong market,communityand constituent perspective.
Broad knowledge of the overall structure, programs, and services of the American Cancer Society including policies and procedures.
Remains composed under stress, handles responses to criticism tactfully and delivers on organizational commitments.
Ability to analyze and integrate information from relevant sources.
Proficientin computer-based information systems.
Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills. Strong strategic planning skills.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Limited overnight travel within the area and to region/enterprise meetings and events

The starting rate is $85,000 to $100,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
