Senior Program Manager, Corporate Account Operations

Oversees mission and income objectives for an assigned portfolio of corporate partners with $1.8 million plus annual revenue. Serves as a liaison and connection point for external partners to strengthen relationships and oversees account deliverables. Ensures adherence to account plans and effective execution of opportunities to meet goals and deliver exceptional partner experiences. Ensures goal achievement through effective project leadership, working with corporate partners representatives and cross cutting team members across the enterprise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Delivers programmatic and execution support aligned with a defined, complexportfolio of accounts, supportingmultiple corporate fundraising team membersand targetedverticals or segments25%

  • Drives corporate growth bycreatively engaging with and enhancinghigh-impactrelationships throughsupportingandsecuringrenewalswith growth plans,prospectingsupport,pipeline development,creatingand executingaccount and stewardship plans,market research, andeffective use ofdatato driveeffective, targetedcultivationefforts.20%

  • Serves as a subject manager expert on thesales cycle and Salesforce.Ensure accuracy of account information and up to date documentation of activitiesand interactions.15%

  • Serves as a liaison betweenaccount relationship coordinators andteams across the enterprisecritical tofacilitatethe successful execution of corporate partnerships, including but not limited tomarketing,communicationsandlegal.10%

  • Supports the corporatebudgetforecast and planning process, ensuringalignmentwithrevenue andopportunities;manageshistorical relationshipdata and the execution ofbudget-relatedpartnership deliverables. 10%

  • Executes operational aspects of CEOs Against Cancer Chapter(s), corporate initiatives, wellness programs, and other corporate-based activities, with representatives from assigned portfolio of corporate accounts.10%

  • Collaborates with Strategic Director,CorporatePartnershipsand other peers on approaches to meet income targets, improvements ofprocesses and policies, and overarchingoptimizationto beefficient, effective, and easier with which to conduct business.10%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor's Degreein business, marketing, related field, equivalent or comparable specific work experience.

  • Preferred Degree:Bachelor's Degree

  • Years of experience:Fiveyearsof project management or fundraisingexperiencefor a multi-million-dollar organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: 

  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

  • Identifiesand works to remove barriers to successful completion of projects.

  • Proven resultsworking in a program or project management setting.

  • Proven relationship building skills, able to work effectively with teams and individuals to achieve goals.Develops strong internal networks.

  • Able to manage and motivate diverse groups and individuals and work successfullyin a teamenvironment.

  • Outcome driven with strong project planning and organization skills.

  • Demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities, supporting multiple account managers, andtracking totimelines.

  • Remains composed under stress and takes responsibility fordelivering onorganizational commitments.

  • Strong market,communityand constituent perspective.

  • Broad knowledge of the overall structure, programs, and services of the American Cancer Society including policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of product marketing/sales concepts.

  • Strong customer service orientation, with extensive experience in effectively addressing, negotiating, and resolving issues with constituents (internal and external).

  • Ability to respond appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and priorities.

  • Proficientin computer-based applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The starting rate is $70,000 to $75,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
